Kelly Dufour

 Lead Pastor

Kelly has served as the lead pastor of Neighborhood Church since 2008 and has been in full-time pastoral ministry for over 25 years. His wife and ministry partner for over 25 years is Tricia. They have four children ranging from ages 23 to 8 years, and one grandchild. In addition to his ministry as lead pastor, Kelly serves our community as a Chaplain with Tangent Fire and Linn County Sheriff’s Office. Kelly loves this community and has lived in this valley for nearly 30 years. He is passionate about creating a church culture that reaches families and embraces people right where they are in life, teaching the Bible in very relevant and  practical ways, elevating the quality of family life in our community, and serving our local public safety members and families during life’s most traumatic moments. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing keys and singing in a local 70’s rock band, camping, reading, and leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

  Worship Ministries

Karissa has been in active ministry within Albany and the surrounding area for over 10 years. Karissa strives to lead authentic and passionate worship lead by the Holy Spirit. She is married to Pastor Stephen Gantt and together they have two sons; Isaac & Caleb. Coming from a background of music and a love for worship, Karissa believes that worship is more than singing, it’s about having a personal encounter with God. It’s about laying aside our desire, our pride, our worry and humbling ourselves to seek God through praise and worship.“This ministry is a family. We grow, learn, and laugh crazy hard when we’re together. We love to have fun and make memories as we strive to offer God the best that we have with the abilities He has give us. There are no perfect people here, just people that want to be used of God

Rob and Maggie are Albany natives and love working with the youth of Albany. They have been married for over six years and have one son, Judah. Both of them have their master’s degrees in education and are substitutes in the public schools in addition to their role as youth pastors. Coaching is another way Rob and Maggie connect with the youth and families in the area. Rob is the head football coach in Philomath and Maggie is the cheer coach at Santiam Christian. The mission of Unbreakable Youth ministry is to “Introduce students to Jesus and help them grow in their relationship with Him.” They provide many different types of events where students can get to know each other better and learn more about God.

Gail and her husband, Terry, along with their two sons Eric and Thomas, have been a part of the Neighborhood Church family since 2010. Gail has been serving in the preschool (under 5) ministry since August of 2011. Before coming on staff at Neighborhood Church, Gail worked in the childcare field for 18 years. Her educational background includes Early Childhood Education and Infant and Toddler Educator Certificates. Gail grew up on the ocean and enjoys being in Albany with the ocean only an hour away. When she is not at church, she can be found gardening, being outdoors, making jewelry and enjoying coffee with friends. “Anyone who says sunshine brings happiness has never danced in the rain.” – Author Unknown.
